Gosh, that's not what I'm talking about. I was merely talking about fathers being engaged with their children and partners with their wives rather than aloof breadwinners and lords of the castle where women had better have dinner on the table when they get home from work and children should be seen and not heard. If you think I'm advocating the elimination of men, no wonder you're arguing with me. I like men, for heaven's sake, and want them to be involved in a healthy family life. I simply don't think the man-of-the-house model was healthy.

My comment about testosterone, BTW, was just a flip label for hawkish behavior, not an indictment of men. I must have touched a trip wire with my comment. I have zero problems with testosterone, the substance. I've been rather glad of it on many occasions. <g>
