gst, what nations, BEFORE the war, stood up to the US and said, "iraq doesn't have any wmd" other than iraq?

my perception was that most agreed they probably had it but that they didn't think it was worth going to war over. perhaps i'm mistaken, though, and you can show me the quotes where it was said by other nations that iraq had no wmd.

also, we are in the third round. wait until the 12 rounds are up before claiming there are no wmd in iraq.
