This is a chapter11 situation that I missed. The odd thing here is that the company's fortunes turned around WHILE INSIDE bankruptcy.

In January I wondered why this company actually still is in Chapter11. Then it seemed that management wanted to take it private. The shares were trading under $0.50 back then.

Suddenly 3 hedge funds took positions in the OLD COMMON !! Today the stock climbed to $3.00. To me it looks like there's a proxy fight coming up. Hmmm...
