It is far more sinister than that. The upper echelons of the Bush Administration actively obstructed on-going investigations at the field office level of the FBI that would have stopped the attacks. And afterwards had the gall to give the obstructing supervisory personnel, including David Frasca, a raise and a promotion for a job well done!

Wrong. Those kinds of threats were received every week for the past ten years. Nothing to distinguish that one from the hundreds of others.

The only real chance we had of stopping 911 was for Clinton to arrest Bin Laden when he was offered up by Sudan.
