We fully intend to end the nationalized oil monopoly in Iraq, portioning out the resource to individuals as a reward for service to the Bush Family. This corruption will be organized primarily through Chalabi's craven exile army called the Iraqi National Congress. They have no legitimacy whatsoever, especially in the eyes of real Iraqis. But that won't stop General Garner from orchestrating some very fancy maneuvers to provide "ownership" to the Chalabi crowd. Keep your eye on the prize. What you'll be shown by the U.S. media will be a shell game of illusory propaganda. The truth will come out in the foreign media.
