I believe that the international community will pick up most of the costs of rebuilding Iraq if it has any moral fiber at all.

That's funny :-)

US bombs the hell out of Iraq while the international community opposes it, and then they should pay to make US construction companies richer. Ho ho ho :-)

As you maybe noticed, I did not go into the cost of rebuilding Iraq, not from the
first war, nor for the time inbetween, as well as this war.

Instead I made the question specifically on the USA costs of the war.

So, once again, wuff-wuff, how will the USA (and UK) costs for the war be paid,
what monies and by who??
