You basically just repeat your prior posts when challenged. Between you and Ilmarien, this could go on ad infinitem.

You haven't said anything new. Your point is basically that precedent says things are done this way, so they will continue to be done this way.

I suggest times are different and actions and reactions to terrorism will change.

Do you know the numbers involved? Saw some economist on TV who said they owe about $385 BILLION (wasn't Halliburton's contract for $7 BILLION over many years?) and will only be getting about $25 BILLION a year from oil revenue. He said it made Chile's debt problems look inconsequential compared to Iraq's. It makes me wonder why these countries loaned Saddam so much.
