Your post is not logical. It is strictly unsupported opinion with a bit of wit.

Really? Let's see:

>>>US bombs the hell out of Iraq while the international community opposes it, and then they should pay to make US construction companies richer. Ho ho ho :-) <<<

My dear rrufff, there is nothing illogical in this post which you have quoted. If you believe there is, show what the logical fallacy is that you are referring to. (Good luck)

Is there an ad hominem? Or a non-sequitur? Or perhaps a false dilemma? On which grounds are you calling it "not logical"???

By the way, this statement was meant as humour, as evidenced by the "ho ho ho" and the " :-) ".

Your reply, however, is very bizarre. I cannot even talk about "logic" because it seems to respond to a different statement than mine:

If international community really wishes to help mankind, then why make the Iraqi people suffer because you differ and would have allowed a tyrant to torture the people?

(1) Who said "international community really wishes to help mankind"?
(2) Who said anything about "making Iraqi people suffer & allowing a tyrant to torture them"?

We were talking about your suggestion that "international community" pay for the reconstruction of Iraq, in case you forgot....

Oh and by the way, if "wishing to help mankind" is one and the same with "paying for the reconstruction of Iraq", then perhaps the US taxpayers like yourself, who "really wish to help mankind" should do it.

Your post is not logical. It is strictly unsupported opinion with a bit of wit.

Oh wait. Now I see you confuse "logic" with "proof".

"Illogical" is where there are errors in REASONING. You don't need "proof" for a statement to be logical.

And let's see if there is even "unsupported opinion" in this statement:

(1) US bombs the hell out of Iraq - no proof needed for this one, I guess. US bombed Iraq. Now we need reconstruction. No opinion here.

(2) while the international community opposes it - do you need proof for this? Very limited participation in the invasion of Iraq was a strong hint, I feel. No opinion here, either.

(3)should pay to make US construction companies richer - US companies will be main beneficiaries of the contracts awarded from Iraq. Perhaps a few thrown in for the other friendlies, but the current state (i.e. Haliburton chosen even without competition among US companies) suggests US corporations will be the main beneficiaries. If you are looking for opinion, there's a bit here. But it's hardly "unsupported".

Sorry if this is a bit overwhelming, but I like logic and related topics quite a lot. Thanks for bringing up the subject so I could lecture you on it :-)
