Well, according to both democratic and legal practices in USA Bush really got elected.

At least according to some of the practices.

PS. That big media investigation on the election was never really published nor debated,
something happened "just in time"??

PPS. Personally I have no problem with the eventual result of the election, only that after such
a close 50-50% election the resulting policies would be so far from a 50-50% opinion of the people,
more like 95%-5% in terms of Powell, and a 98-2% in terms of many other issues.
(that is, one major reason so few have a USA-style 2-party system)
