Guess I'm wrong about the doctor part, I see this in last filing, they refer to him as Mr.: J"ames D. Tilton, our President and sole employee, currently makes all of our decisions regarding the purchasing, training, racing and selling of our thoroughbred horses. Mr. Tilton has had limited experience in pinhooking and racing of thoroughbred horses. There can be no assurance that Mr. Tilton will be able to make the decisions necessary to earn a profit in the business."
