according to reports of a government* study.* I apologize. I must have been confused because neither you nor the article specified if you meant America, the American government, the Soviet government or the Chinese government. Nor did you define what you meant by government. That confused me even more. What is a government study? Who does them? What does it mean when a newspaper reporter says he saw a government study? Just go ahead and tell me...I'll believe anything especially if it is in writing...cus I know then it has to be true. Specially if it is on the internet!!!!!
