Because your right. That's IS how it works. And that's just the outer skin of the onion. BUT...... Don't want to get into a rant. I'd rather read Dennis Miller's than write my own.<g> Suffice to say there's a large measure of interconnected & institutionalized corruption in the financial/political elites of every major nation. Getting angry about it is pointless AWA a waste of energy. It's just the way it is, and always has been, afa I've been able to determine. OTOH, understanding even the rudiments (which can get pretty complex) of how the pieces fit together, and function, can help you dodge more than a few bullets aimed at ye ole portfolio.
