Globex has problems when it is "convenient". The guys in charge pull the plug when they dont like the way things are going.

I wasnt caught in todays fiasco but I have been trading currencies when the dollar was falling fast and somehow mysteriously the currency futures didnt work on Globex. So traders are calling in selling positions by phone.

Criminal behavior disguised as "technical difficulty"
