No, that's stupid.

What I said was that nations which subsidize commodity industries (Europe, US, Japan) ae distorting/corrupting the potential of free markets.

For example: the 'third world' loses far more in agricultural sales each year (because of subsidized production from Europe and the US) than they EVER receive in 'foreign aid'.

Better for everyone to have NO foreign aid, and no subsidization.
