I believe you are correct! Getting the uncertainty of Qualcomm under the boat will make it float much better!

Now, Those boys in QCT R&D will probably have something to work on! Multi-band ASIC's for Globalstar.. Probably already have been working on them?

I expect good things from Qualcomm now that they have decent management to work with!!
