Depends on your degree of paranoia. :-)

Since no one offered an opinion on this, I'll stick my neck out. I don't have anything to detect trojans specifically, beyond Spybot and AVG. My reasoning is that Zone Alarm will alert me if one sneaks by these defenses and tries to call home. If ZA alerts me, or other behavior hints that I may have some nasty messing with my system, then I'll look for a trojan remover.

I'm not recommending that you do or do not install a trojan protector. That's just what I do.
