Ha! Just read the Proxy statement. Item two: Company’s Board of Directors to effect a reverse stock split at a ratio within the range from one-for-five to one-for-twenty. (Nothing like Bernie to give a nice clear range! What a putz.) Hey now look at item three: The shareholders will act upon a proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 750,000,000 to 1,250,000,000. Anyone care to explain to me exactly WHAT these jerks have been drinking? Another Sad Sad day. Jeff Vayda
