It's pretty amazing, is what it is. The variation from that actual highs is at most 2.5% from what I can see on the COMP. Several of those were close to within tenths of a percent. The Dec. 25 2000 one was a bit off, however, but pretty close to the actual lows we had in January.

I think that's some sort of fibo off Sept. 3, 1929, correct? Might be worth asking him.
