That is less than one person per day. Now you want me to disprove it. Let me show you why that figure is meaningless. It does not say how many were from radon exposure. It does not account for the uranium miner deaths. It does not account for exposure from leakage at reactors built in the late 40s and early 50s. In 1949 the Soviet Union began exploding Atomic bombs. In 1953 the Soviets began exploding hydrogen bombs. Your link does not account for that fallout. 10,000 Americans die each and everyday. 7,000 die each year from melanoma induced by radiation from the sun. Tens of thousands of others die each year from other sun radiation induced cancers. I would bet more die from leaky microwave radiation than your unsourced figure. Yes...an unpublished study is not a valid source to cite. I consider it making up BS. Don't you think there may be some damm good reasons it remained unpublished. As requested. Here are some links for my earlier comments to disprove your running story that America did nothing to inform Americans of the dangers of nuclear weapons in the 1950s.the Federal Civil Defense Administration (FCDA), the federal agency founded in December 1950 to plan the nation’s civilian and industrial defense... the FCDA’s massive public relations and educational programs gradually eased insecurity, popularized the notion that America could endure an atomic war, and helped the American people comprehend that, for better or for worse, they must adapt to a new, more dangerous international order. lexisnexis.com June 14, 1954 - Americans took part in the first nation-wide civil defense test against atomic attack.on-this-day.com Nuclear war was the threat. The Russians had exploded a hydrogen bomb, igniting an unprecedented arms race. Schoolchildren dove under desks regularly as part of preparedness drills, and the federal government orchestrated a massive network of fallout shelters where millions of Americans presumably could ride out a nuclear attack. greatfallstribune.com There are unpublished reports that claim more than 15,000 die each year from flouride treatments. Others claim more than 15,000 die from chlorine poisoning from drinking municipal water. I have no doubt you can find an unpublished report to reference about anything you want us to believe. Over 3.5 million Americans die every year...that is around 175 million in 51 years. You claim to have an unpublished answer for 0.000086% of those 175,000,000. Thank you and keep up the good work.
