Rally or not, I was able to buy 100 Oz bars this morning at spot 4.76 on ebay (will have to add $20 shipping+Ins, but still below $500/bar).
It is not retail rally...

Silver outperformed gold again for the week ending yesterday as well as on a YTD basis.

However, it is still down -.4% YTD.
