When NAZ was 5000 every one said this time is "DIFFERENT" I think same applies to bottoms <GGG>

Paul, you may be right, but I think with pension funds in play the stock and debt markets are a bit different than let say 30 to 40 years ago.

NAZ is gren now and COMP at 1480 (9:44)

Gotta have some numbers to prove capitulation, eh? How about SEVEN separate instances of TRIN5 over 9.0 in a 10 month period. I challenge you to find another period even close to that in the past 50 years.

Most I see within that framework is two. Two vs. Seven. By that measure, the recent capitulation was more than 3X anything we've seen in the past 50 years..
