COXT on the move...which is unusual for a BB that actually makes money...usually those are ignored.

May 2, 2003 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- (FinancialWire) Trading in the
shares of Aqua Vie Beverage (OTCBB: AQVB) were halted prior to the market's
opening. There has been no announcement, or reason given for the halt, but
earlier in the morning FinancialWire reported exclusively on a fax promotional
activity on behalf of the company that appears to have been generated by the
company itself.

FinancialWire reported that Our-Street.com, a website that has stated it has
filed claims with the Securities and Exchange Commission against Aqua Vie
Beverage (OTCBB: AQVB), had alleged that the company appears to be
“publishing its own penny stock tout sheet" with a veiled disclosure.

“OTC Stock Today," which appears to be part of fax broadcast campaign,
doesn't specifically state who is sending it out or what if any fees are
involved, but discloses that “OTC Stock Today" is a “trademark of Aqua
Vie Beverage Corporation."

A copy of the purported fax has been published at
our-street.com

Our-Street also claims to have a copy of a letter from Larry Burnett of Fax.com
dated March 23 “which claims to be sending out 1 million faxes per week."
The previous article stated the number to be “per day," but that was an
error.

FinancialWire requested a copy of the letter but Out-Street declined to make it
available. Nick Tracy, founder of the site, said he did not have permission from
the provider. FinancialWire asked for a copy with the name of the provider
blacked out, but received no response. Burnett at Fax.com said he couldn't
comment on whether such a letter had been issued and said someone else at the
firm would return the call. No return call was subsequently received.

Our-Street previously disclosed it and its associates have a short position not
exceeding 12,000 shares of Aqua Vie.
