I guess not much different. Reagan certainly did a lot of speeches in that manner. And Clinton did quite a few as well. I'm just facinated by the methods that our government uses to push people's patriotic buttons. And, there's no better way than when a President gives a speech from an Aircraft Carrier at dusk to get that red, white, and blue blood flowing.
