no, "the sand (and OIL)" is still back in Iraq -- your still wrong part of the world.

I suggest you go to your globe, that's the round thingy that spins and has all those pretty colors. Find your mobile home and then take your best trigger finger across the all that BLUE (hint: ocean) and see Japan and look slightly north. You'll find it in there somewhere.
