but I'm sticking to my opinion that it's probably not worth it to reshort it here and a waste of time to play with when there are much better opportunities out there.

What "fraud"? SPD exists, it's commercialized and it's going into several products. Marketing of SPD just started in November and sales have already exceeded minimum annual royalties. You're a liar Wexler and you aren't out of REFR, if so then why all the posting on Yahoo?

Buying McDonalds (MCD) January 2004 LEAPS (LNMAB - strike price 10) at 7.50. With the underlying stock trading at 17.30 and the company turning around nicely...I see this as an excellent opportunity at a bargain price.
