Republicans wouldn't mind if more Grannies are deprived of SS payments and are forced to live on the streets along with the rest of the poor misfits. It's their version of the American Dream. It IS their intention to bankrupt Social Security.

If it's socialism you want why not go to Canada or France.
The cost of maintaining the social system in France is astronomical. The cost of socialistic programs in Canada produce higher tax rates on it's citizens than the USA.
In both these examples you can pay all the money you make to the government and enjoy it. Why not consider a country which has a real need for money to support all it's socialistic programs.
Yeah Ken that's where you should be in a socialistic run country where all your worries are handled by the government.
