>>>People don't care. They're scared and they want to be led by someone

I agree 100%. The problem is that the Bush fascist have them scared. I don't feel scared one bit and is why I can think for myself. But I do agree with you that the fascist lying criminals of the Bush administration do have them scared and will continue to do so as it is from FEAR that they derive their power.

BTW, try and guess who said the following:

“Naturally, the common people don’t want war, but after all, it is the leaders of a country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag people along whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a parliament or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. This is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.”

Oh come now. Bush is just riding out the rough spot. Things will pick up and people will start talking all that mess about a rapidly expanding economy. What yall oughta do is stop all this whining and be out there buying. The market is gonna move down a bit more. Keep buying and when it picks up buy a bit more and then go to friggin' Tahiti or something... (I can't STAND Tahiti, if ya wanna know the truth. But maybe you'd like it).
