I agree re the proposed tax cuts. Most of it is back-end loaded anyway, even if passed today, wouldn't kick in for a few more yrs. The div thing is going to end up with a reduced tax rate on divs, at best. Divs will still be taxed.

The Dems in the Senate are filibustering just about every judicial nominee, and the REpubs cannot break the filibustering. The 2004 pres election is going to be a brawl. Even the Dem nomination is setting up so far to be pretty contentious.
