A 15 Billion global AIDS package fits the bill don't you think? We'll have to wait and see. The last Bush proposal in this regard was highly publicized until the details revealed they were simply repackaging a lot of other programs, cutting back on some, and cutting the overall amount. I have not read the details on this one. Frist has credibility here. So if it's Frist's doing it should be above board. The Bush White House has little. That can change but I think we need to wait and see whether this one helps do so.
