They have no rights, period. No due process, no POW status. They can be summarily executed. Brutal, but necessary in the world in which we live. The ACLU would have us extend to illegal terrorists, the full rights of the U.S constitution. This is absurd, but then, so is the ACLU. I think the problem is that some of the people who have been picked up by the FBI and denied their due process under the consititution are in fact American citizens. That's someone that the ACLU and all freedom loving Americans should be concerned about.
