I wonder if the Fed is capping long bond yields now. That is one of the "unconventional" options they had said they might consider. That is the only logical explanation IMHO for the ability of the bond market to hold its gains in the face of a big stock rally. In a free market environment, 10-year T-bonds would now be yielding close to 4.5% instead of 3.9% or so.

Very inflationary and very bullish for gold obviously.
