Yes in the end they will be like any other stock I guess and the latecomers will be holding your handbag ;o) If the LT trend in NG is indeed up (with plenty of dips to be sure) then this should mitigate some problems no ? I don't think we really need worry about it for a long while but I guess thinking about a plan now wouldn't hurt.

Have you looked at VET.UN ? Off-shore. I have none yet as I opted for more PMT for the time being but I like the promise of growth that off continent offers. Who knows ? Next stop Iraq :o) finance.yahoo.com

Don't apologize, you're as entitled to your opinion as anyone else on this board. Better to be safe than sorry and wise to look at investments with a skeptical frame of mind.

BTW IMO you forgot one, much more interest in the Canroy's by US investors, this will drive them higher, and a very good investment for them with the strong Cdn$

PS: IMO thats the biggest problem with these trusts is the management, they wrote the rules and the rules always seem to favor the writee!! The fine print breaks down to "give us lots of money and don't ask questions"
