Not really insider trading but Leroux is an interesting situation. This family owned business has decided to sell their control (and make Russel match the offer for all shareholders, which is very honorable of Leroux) There is a pretty good discount from the buy out price IMO, Scott There are a number of family controlled firms I follow in Quebec such as Goodfellow(over 100 years old) and Ivaco, wonder if this is a sign of the times. Gilbert, are you aware of anything in Clarke CKI going on?
