So if you put together your chart for 2day dat sez we've got a top if in a bear n dat nu chart ya dug up dat sez we go up or consolidate if in a bull and you got all yer bases covered, eh?

Did ya make nylow2 after I suggested it?

How much use is an indicator that says we go up if a bull and down if a bear? That is why I question people's abilities when they only look back at very recent history and don't show indicators over at least one full cycle. Sure the nylow is interesting, but it doesn't really help much to predict direction or turns.

Thanks for sharing.

Kind of amazing the way these conversations and post bring out lotsa differences in opinions and lotsa energy.
The COMP is at a ten month high. The market is in a sustained rally off the bottom. Some may call it a Bear rally some may call it a New Bull...only time will tell..
The one thing for certain here is folks will yell at each other, curse at each other, call each other liars, and sooner or later someone will be right.
Yesterday Velo told me he was making the right play..when he told me two weeks ago we had seen the top..
someone PM'ed me that he was down 1000 points on 2 DOW trades.
I remember thinking I was making the right play and being down tens of thousands of dollars...<NG>
When I used to go to the track I used to use speed figures off past performances and won more than I lost.
Even hit a Pick Six for 43K once.
When a horse that had bad speed ratings beat a horse that had good ratings the same day I thought it was a luck or a mistake or whatever..
But the real truth is the past doesnt always predict the future...Its just a barometer.
Why everyone gets mad at Da Cheif because he thinks we are going to 16K on the DOW I dont know. Maybe someone can explain it to me...
