so i notice in the laundry room in my apt. that they have a couple notices up suggesting that people who are "busy" and don't seem to get around to getting rent cheques in should consider post-dating some and getting them in that way so as to avoid a potential credit problem later...lol ! for one thing, the place is so effing slow and fixing stuff and the guy here dodges and defers, but really, i wonder just how many people are getting strapped to the point where they gotta be a bit late with the cheque...
