I still haven't looked at a racing form yet, so I haven't done any "TA" on the horses, and I'm not going to the track so I can't bet, but I think Peace Rules looks to be a solid pick. And with a name like that it would nicely counterbalance the name of last year's winner, War Emblem. My longer shot pick would be Scrimshaw as I've always thought trained D. Wayne Lukas has his act together having trained several Derby winners.

In any event, maybe I'll try my mint julep "recipe" tonight at one of the parties. Sounds like a sure winner to me. <g>
