Dear M: There are ONLY two states we have never been to, they are Alaska and Washington. I was once thinking of moving to Oregon and then learned of their high state income tax, friend said move to Southern Washington (no tax) and shop in Oregon (no sales tax). haha Yep, I HIGHLY recommend you get the Atkins book and read it. I was skeptical and didnt realize ALL the benefits. Now I am like a new person, great energy, blood sugar and pressure in normal ranges. Better results then I ever got from any doctor and lose weight to boot. But its a lot more then I realized, its actually almost a whole new way of life. For someone who exercises as much as you it would be a breeze, I am sure you could still eat your berries. (gg) JDN
