<<Is it a dog food plant??>>

That among other feeds. Dog, cat, horse, cattle, swine, fish and poultry being the main foods they produce. Lots of the material is brought in by rail but it's still not unusual to see 30 semi trucks full of soybeans lined up on the road waiting to unload. They pay 25 cents over market for high quality beans. I've never noticed a smell driving by the place.

OTOH, ADM has a soybean plant in Decatur and that odor will flat gag you. My father bought a year old Cadillac that had been owned by a person from Decatur and the air conditioner still had some of that air in it. Only lasted a couple of hours though.
