Clown, Well aren't you the bright one. Yes Israel is Jewish, what a genius you are. What you stated was that western Jews cannot 'preach' while their homeland practices 3rd world tactics. Thats why I objected to your written words, and since we discussed this in a timely enough fashion - I naively thought you would fix your statements. I had thought you meant Israeli's can't preach or endorse Western values here,while ignoring what may be considered third world or other such nasty values in their Homeland without scrutiny, but you are sticking to your statement that literally means that American and Canadian Jews cannot express opinions on 'Western' values while turmoil exists in the Middle East. Do you have the same opinion for Islamic North Americans? Most, not all, Israeli's are Jewish, but not all Jews are Israeli. While Israel was founded as a 'homeland' for Jews, plenty of Jews still consider themselves American, Canadian, French or English. They retain the right to discuss politics and foreign affairs and even preach until small minded people make them wear yellow stars again. As a point of fact there are more Jews in North America than in Israel. btw - Its a western value to have freedom of religion. John
