They'd be wise to wait until they're closer to BK, if at all, which would still be a high premium (less so, if sunw's upper management were decapitated from the company's body). That could unleash some value; like for example, using all those legal department dollars for constructing a new business model. Commodity hardware does not, and will not, have strength in margins, as software enjoys today. Not immediate and substantial weakness mind you, just a slow boiling lobster kind of thang.
