I can't find the post but that problem has been addressed on the thread. If memory serves me correctly you need to change the default font size in outlook or outlook express to a different setting and it fixes the problem. Sorry I can't be more specific.

You might want to check your control panel display settings.

Control Panel | Display | Settings | Advanced |

Your choices here are the default of Normal Size (96 DPI) or Large Size (120 DPI) or Custom Setting (Scaleable).

This setting will of course affect all views, not just IE6.
