i think many Canadians do at least consider diversifying "cash" or short term $$$ into other currencies due to concerns about a depreciating or potentially depreciating currency. now the shoe might be on the other foot. i don't understand how a depreciating greenback won't affect you at some point. i gotta figure, except for dirty local price gouging kind of inflation, that food and other imports are a bit easier on the pocket book around here...wouldn't the reverse be so for you, given the appreciation of the canuckistan buck ?
