One note about the settlements: roughly 80% of the Israeli settlements are surrounding Jerusalem. These are not on the table when Israel negotiates evacuation of settlements. They certainly were not part of the Camp David / Taba talks in 2000. These are generally not even considered to be "settlements" by the Israeli public, particularly when one talks about those polls that claim the Israeli public is in favor of removing the settlements.
