That is it, freezing settlements rather than dismantling settlements!

The Isra'Elis built the settlements as a bargaining chip, and as a buffer zone, so that the initial issues of their occupation of Palestine becomes secondary and non-negotiable.

Afterall, they need to make some concessions, so why not create more issues to negotiate away?

Guess who paid for those settlements by the way?
