Cuba? That is one sorry country, no doubt, and our best chance to have really helped was over 40 years ago. Right now I'm more interested in those states and regimes that pose the greatest danger to the US (ie, those countries that support, fund, train and harbor terrorists, and/or possess lethal technology). Cuba may be on that list but is probably a ways down from Syria, Yemen, North Korea, etc. I'm also all for pressuring "friends" like Saudi Arabia as well if they don't cut all ties to terrorists. I think "notice" has been served by GW to friends and foes alike and I'm quite pleased...it's about time--MK--
