WART!!!!!!!

SNIC is making a beeline for its ACT.
40 trading days since the ACT was set at 3.89 on 3/11.
It advances 4 cents/day.
That's 1.60 as of today for a current value of 5.49.
IL violation high of 8.41.
It should be a drop of about 30% by the time it hits the ACT around 5.73.
RR should take it to 7.55ish from there.
