It is easy to believe the equipment manufacturers when you read that AMD, Intel, TXN and every other semi behemoth talk about reducing Capex.

On the positive side, the others i mentioned have been consistent for 2-3 quarters. That is by no means a buy indicator to me because they are all amazingly expensive by every measurable method. It is clear to me that investors are still enamored by the semis and are willing to pay incredible multiples to own them.
