OT...Bob, please don't get me started on Roger Smith. That one man did more damage to GM than all the competition combined! I cannot understand how such idiots reach the levels they do in American businesses, but unfortunately he is not alone. "Price sells many cars when they are all similar not the ad. JMHO" Your wisdom is showing! IMHO customer service is also way up there above advertising. Good luck to you and I truly hope GM is beginning to make a turnaround. My first car was a '66 Pontiac GTO and I only wish I still had it! Frankly, one reason I love the M5 so much is that it reminds me of the GTO's performance.
