Dear Jake: Well, all world powers have eventually toppled but you know what, it didnt come from Without, it came from WITHIN. Sort of like Dry Rot. People like Clinton and other members of the Democratic Party (not all but a significant few) are the ones that tend to lead to our "dry rot". Europe IMHO will not surpass America at least in any foreseeable future mainly cause imho again, they have the same "dry rot" we have. China, most likely is the most likely candidate to surpass us, but to do so they are going to need a lot more capital. To get that capital they are going to have to become even more Capitalistic in nature. I dont know if they are capable of that. jdn
