Wondering how their line of bidness might overlap and otherwise compete with CheckFree. I searched around a little but there just isn't much information on them. IPayment told potential investors in its IPO filing that, "any estimate or projection of future operating performance is necessarily based upon a number of underlying estimates or assumptions that may or may not prove to be accurate." marketwatch.com
